We're looking for a skilled massage therapist or two to join our team. Entry level and experience are welcome. You'll start with a steady flow of clients from day one. This part-time role is ideal if you want to add hours to your career, and it has room to grow into full time. We have a mix of cash and insurance clients that look forward to meeting you.\n\nWe value professionalism, punctuality, and a genuine passion for massage. \n\n\nWhat you'll do\n\nProvide 60- and 90-minute therapeutic massage sessions\n\nUse your knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to tailor each session\n\nKeep accurate records of client progress and treatment plans\n\nTeach clients self-care techniques and exercises to support their results between visits\n\nMaintain a clean, welcoming, and hygienic treatment space\n\n\nPay and benefits\n\nEntry level: 40% commission per massage plus $18.00/hr for non-service time\n\nExperienced: 45% commission per massage plus $18.50/hr for non-service time\n\nPaid for time between clients, including room turnover and check-in and check-out\n\nKeep 100% of your tips\n\nPaid for no-show appointments\n\nPaid time off\n\nW-2 employment with paid sick leave, Paid Family & Medical Leave, and workers' comp\n\nA path from part-time to full-time\n\nWhat we're looking for\n\nCurrent Washington State massage therapist license\n\nYour own professional liability (malpractice) insurance\n\nConfidence in your techniques and the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their care\n\nOpenness to learning new techniques and growing your skills\n\nReliability and professionalism with every client\n\nHow to apply\n\n Email meremsg@gmail.com with your resume, WA license number, 2 references and a few sentences about your massage style.
