Note This role requires an active Utah bar license, active USPTO registration, and at least 2 years of patent prosecution experience; candidates with 1–4 years of experience are strongly preferred. Job Description Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications Conduct invention disclosure meetings with inventors and technical stakeholders Prepare and respond to Office Actions before the USPTO Partner with senior attorneys on patent strategy and portfolio development Collaborate across offices and practice groups on complex IP matters Qualifications Active Utah bar license required Active USPTO registration required 2+ years of patent prosecution experience Technical background in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field Strong legal writing, analytical, and client communication skills Candidates from law firm, in-house, or solo practice backgrounds considered Why You Will Love Working Here You will work alongside talented attorneys who value collaboration, curiosity, and shared success.
