We learn continuously, both on the job and through formal training programs.Job DescriptionPrimary skills: FIX protocol / trading and STRONG API Testing Lead QA Analyst with 5-7 years of experience in the finance industry ( commodities/exchange trading environment a plus )- Understand and advocate for Agile & Behaviour-Driven Development(BDD) best practices for QA (is a must )- Writing scenario outlines and or feature files using BDD methodology- Assists team and Product Owner with defining and documenting acceptance criteria- Highly analytical, proactive ( ability to think outside the box ) and detail oriented- Excellent understanding of FIX protocol (preferably FIXML)- Strong API testing experience using Sonic JMS / IBM MQ / Knowledge on test and defect management tools ( Quality Center, Jira )- Strong knowledge of SQL and able to write queries to verify data in Oracle DBSummaryType: Full-timeFunction: Information TechnologyExperience level: Not ApplicableIndustry: Computer Software
