Server Position at Little Hen Fort Lauderdale Las Olas

Little Hen is a high-volume brunch restaurant known for beautiful food presentation, elevated service, and a welcoming guest experience. We are looking for team members who are professional, positive, and able to create memorable experiences for every guest.

Position: Server

Location: Little Hen Fort Lauderdale Las Olas

Schedule: Full-time and part-time available, including weekends and holidays

Compensation: Tipped position, competitive earning potential

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent hospitality from arrival to departure
• Learn and confidently explain the menu, beverages, specials, and afternoon tea offerings
• Take orders accurately and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar team
• Maintain strong table presence, timing, and guest follow-up throughout service
• Upsell food, beverages, and featured items in a professional way
• Support side work, opening and closing duties, and overall dining room organization
• Work as part of a team to maintain smooth service in a fast-paced brunch environment
• Handle guest needs or concerns with professionalism and urgency

Requirements:

• Previous restaurant serving experience required
• High-volume brunch or upscale casual experience preferred
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Weekend availability is required
